As part of the final format review process for all theses and dissertations, there is a $75 fee for document processing and archiving services. Upon payment of this fee, you will be enrolled in the required online Pre-Submittal Workshop administered through the Canvas learning management system. Once your enrollment is complete, you will receive notification via email with instructions on how to access the course in Canvas.

The required online Pre-Submittal Workshop is an online tutorial provided to assist you in the preparation of your thesis or dissertation document for submission to the Office of Graduate Research Services for final format review and approval. The content is self-guided and organized into sections for easy accessibility, and includes sample pages as well as a video walk-through of formatting guidelines.

You are encouraged to take full advantage of all of the materials available in the workshop. A clear understanding of the guidelines and requirements set forth in the Manual prior to submission to the Office of Graduate Research Services will save you considerable time and effort as you go through the final format review process.

Please note: You must complete the Pre-Submittal Agreement within the required online Pre-Submittal Workshop in order to unlock the final module and gain access to the ProQuest ETD Administrator for thesis/dissertation submission.
