The Touchnet payment interface is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts the transmission and storage of information to ensure transactions are handled in a manner that makes every reasonable and required effort to safeguard your payment information.
*PCI DSS stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and is a worldwide security standard assembled by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC).
Refunds for all sales are governed by the individual refund policy posted by the department or its listing for the product, event, service, or other item purchased. Once approved by the responsible department, refunds for credit card purchases are processed within two (2) business days and posted back to the original cardholder’s account.
